A Manufacturing Operations AX Platform That Integrates Everything from Data Collection to AI Training, Deployment, Automated Monitoring, and Reporting in a Single Environment

From Field Connectivity Equipment to Manufacturing Operations Systems and AI Agents— All Through a Single No-Code Engineering Process

CONPORTLAB's PORTA collects data from robots, equipment, and IoT sensors via PortaCON, then defines it through Porta Studio, a no-code system integration tool. The data flows into PORTA NeuroBase for automatic normalization and ontology mapping.

This organized data seamlessly flows into integrated control, equipment management, production management, quality management, and energy management on a unified interface, while manufacturing AI Agents perform anomaly detection, automated reporting, and continuous monitoring. When needed, bidirectional integration with ERP, MES, and SCM systems completes the closed-loop cycle of planning, execution, and feedback.

The result: deployment time is reduced from hours to days without complex backend development, transforming manual, experience-based operations into data-driven, AI-powered operations that reduce defects, downtime, and waste while improving utilization rates, quality, and energy efficiency.

Specifications

Porta Studio is a web-based service that provides both an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for no-code PortaCON development and field system construction, and an integrated Admin environment for operations.

Porta Studio IDE enables anyone to define PortaCON's control logic through a no-code approach based on abstracted data tags and logical expressions—similar to LEGO or coding robots—without requiring specialized personnel. Users can freely define connection elements and messages for transmission and reception. Industrial standard communication protocols can be selected and used with just a few clicks, eliminating the need to purchase expensive standard communication protocol libraries. This provides straightforward system integration capabilities. These core IDE functions are delivered through integration with Porta Studio's cloud-based build service. Build requests are sent to remote build servers, which compile the final firmware binary with middleware using compilers suited to the target PortaCON, and Porta Studio continuously manages these build artifacts.

Porta Studio Admin supports structured management of field systems configured with PortaCON through a Tree structure consisting of Workspaces (user-level groups) and Sites (individual field system units). Each Site can manage data from fields integrated with PortaCON and send commands to the field. A single Site can comprise multiple PortaCONs and also supports integration of IoT devices beyond PortaCON. User-developed dashboards can be linked to Sites, enabling richer operational environment configurations. Porta Studio Admin supports OTA updates of IDE-developed artifacts to the field via web, allowing users to easily maintain field systems without site visit

Industrial Sensors

Industrial Sensors Verified and Guaranteed by CONPORTLAB

Even if equipment lacks data points or access is difficult, or if your site only has analog sensors—don't worry.

CONPORTLAB directly maintains a diverse range of sensors that have passed integration and stability testing.

With PortaCON + verified sensor packages, we configure environments that reliably collect all desired metrics including temperature, humidity, vibration, pressure, weight (load), flow rate, power meters, and energy meters.

We take full responsibility for the entire process—sensor selection, sourcing, integration, testing, certification, and field validation—thoroughly verifying noise performance, communication stability, and long-term burn-in to ensure field reliability. We transform lines that lacked necessary data into lines capable of collecting data on-site.
